At Enthuse, we’re on a mission to transform digital fundraising by building the technology that empowers great causes. Our donations, event registration, and fundraising platform helps thousands of charities raise millions of pounds a year. 


Launched in 2012, we’ve come a long way — we’ve raised a Series A with social-impact focussed investors, we’ve grown to 75 people, and we’re looking to reach 100 in 2022. What's more, Enthuse is the official online fundraising partner for London Marathon Events and Great Run. It’s still early, but we’re on an incredible journey.


Reporting to the Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll be critical in supporting the smooth-running of the growth marketing function for the business. And also help build and grow a company of smart and passionate people. And create a real impact. 


How you’ll contribute


  • Assisting with the creation and optimisation of paid social media and PPC campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Ads. 
  • Drafting, managing and deploying email communications to our list of prospects.
  • Assisting with paid media bookings and liaising with media partners to successfully deliver campaigns.
  • Conducting A/B tests and suggesting potential optimisations across landing pages, paid social and emails.
  • Collaborating with our web designer, events, product marketing and content teams.


About you


  • You’ll have some experience in managing paid social and email marketing campaigns. 
  • You’ll have working knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (Hubspot or similar).
  • Organised and detail oriented, able to successfully manage multiple assignments across several projects.
  • A strong team player, keen to collaborate with other team members.
  • A proactive person with a creative and curious mindset.


What you’ll get


  • A salary of £25,000 for the Growth Marketing Executive role.
  • 2 days a week in our London office, 3 optional work from home days.

  • Holiday allowance: 25 days holiday and bank holidays (33 in total). We increase holidays based on length of service, so for every year you’re with us, you’ll get an additional day’s holiday up to 28 days. We also offer an additional 5 days of unpaid holiday.
