Enthuse 2024 TCS London Marathon competition – £100 Donation Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

  1. The Enthuse donation giveaway is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the donation giveaway.
  2. The donation giveaway is free to enter and no purchase is necessary although you must have a donation on your official Enthuse fundraising page to be able to enter the donation giveaway. You must have permission to participate in the TCS London Marathon taking place on 21 April 2024. The benefactor must be a charity registered on Enthuse (i.e., crowdfunding pages are excluded). Only one entry per person is permitted and duplicate pages per account will not be eligible.
  3. The opening date for entries is 9am on 29 January 2024. The closing date of the donation giveaway is 5pm on 8 March 2024 when the £100 donation has been given away. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
  4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason. In no event shall Promoter be required to award more than the number of prizes stated in these terms and conditions. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.  Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the donation giveaway or to be acting in violation of the terms and conditions of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the donation giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  5. Ten winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 10 March 2024 (“Draw Date”).
  6. The ten winners will each receive a £100 donation towards their qualifying Enthuse fundraising page (Select a charity (enthuse.com)) (one prize per fundraising page and duplicate pages per account will not be eligible). The £100 is subject to Enthuse’s processing fees described at Homepage – Enthuse: Branded fundraising for charities.
  7. The winner will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) on 14 March 2024 and must provide an email address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within two (2) working days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  8. The prize will be sent to the winner by email within two (2) working days of being notified of their win.
  9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  10. The prize is supplied by Online Giving Ltd (company number 06886190) of Office 6, 155 Minories, London, England EC3N 1AD (the “Supplier”). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher.
  11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the donation giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  12. The Promoter must make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Office 6, 155 Minories, London, England, EC3N 1AD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 3. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter, Online Giving Ltd (trading as “Enthuse”) of Office 6, 155 Minories, London, England, EC3N 1AD, company number 06886190. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  13. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s Privacy Notice (Privacy Notice – Enthuse: Branded fundraising for charities). See also 12 with regard to the announcement of winners.
  17. The prize draw will be governed by laws of England and Wales and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  18. All Charities and participants at the 2024 TCS London Marathon shall comply with TCS’ General Conditions of Entry.
  19. In the event of any conflict between these Enthuse UK Prize Draw terms and conditions and the TCS General Conditions of Entry, the TCS General Conditions of Entry shall prevail.
