ENTHUSE LONDON MARATHON PACKAGE PRIZE DRAW TERMS
- The Promoter
The promoter of the London Marathon Package Prize Draw (the Prize Draw) is Online Giving Ltd, trading as Enthuse, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 06886190 and a registered office at Office 6 155 Minories, London, England, EC3N 1AD (the Promoter).
- How to enter
- The Prize Draw will run from 9am on 8th October 2024 (the “Opening Date”) to 5pm on 31st December 2024 (the “Closing Date”) inclusive.
- The Prize Draw is free to enter.
- To enter the Prize Draw:
- You must be registered to participate in the 2025 TCS London Marathon taking place on 27th April 2025;
- You must create an Enthuse charity fundraising page using the link at Select a charity (enthuse.com), for the purpose of raising funds for a charity in relation to your participation in the TCS London Marathon on 27th April 2025;
- The charity you raise funds for must be a registered UK charity that is available on Enthuse and must not be a crowdfunding site; and
- Your fundraising page must receive at least one donation made by a person other than you.
- Eligibility
- The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
- employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
- the Promoter’s agents or suppliers, or their employees, holding companies or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the Prize Draw or its administration; or
- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- In entering the Prize Draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
- There is a limit of one entry to the Prize Draw per person.
- The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Prize Draw.
- The Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK aged 18 years or over, except:
- The prize
- The winner will receive a London Marathon Package as a prize (see clause 4.3 for details of the Prize).
- There will be only one Prize for this Prize Draw.
- The Prize for winning the Prize Draw shall be the London Marathon Package which includes:
- A 3 night stay for 2 people in a Standard Twin room at the DoubleTree by Hilton London – Marble Arch starting on Friday 25th April 2025 on a bed and breakfast basis;
- Welcome reception;
- Private return coach transportation (escorted by MTT hosts) to the LM Expo;
- 1 x start line VIP entry
- Pre-Race Pasta Dinner;
- Private coach transportation for runners to the race start;
- Post-Race Celebration Drinks & Canapes;
- Guidance and support from Marathon Tours & Travel in London; and
- 2-week free trial of Coopah bespoke training plans. Details on how to claim will be included in your booking confirmation email.

- The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a cash alternative to the value of £1518 or with a prize of equal or greater value.
- The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. In no event shall Promoter be required to award more than one Prize. If the Prize in unclaimed it may not be awarded. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Prize Draw or to be acting in violation of the terms of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw may be a violation of criminal and civil law and, should such an attempt be made, Promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Promoter’s failure to enforce any term of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Winners
- The winner of the Prize Draw shall be randomly chosen, using a randomised computer process, on 15th January 2025.
- The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) on 15 January 2025 and must provide an email address to claim their Prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within seven (7) working days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The Prize will be sent to the winner by email within seven (7) working days of being notified of their win.
- The winner of the prize will be publicly announced on the 31st January 2025 and the winner agrees for their name, home town/city and details of their fundraising campaign to be published.
- The Prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- The Prize is supplied by Online Giving Ltd (company number 06886190) of Office 6, 155 Minories, London, England EC3N 1AD. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the donation giveaway is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to Office 6, 155 Minories, London, England, EC3N 1AD (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Closing Date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter, Online Giving Ltd (trading as “Enthuse”) of Office 6, 155 Minories, London, England, EC3N 1AD, company number 06886190. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these terms.
- Limitation of liability
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Data protection and publicity
- Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in these terms and the Promoter’s Privacy Notice (Privacy Notice – Enthuse: Branded fundraising for charities). See also clause 5.8 with regard to the announcement of winners.

- General
- If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Prize Draw.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
- These terms are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
