Time off

23-25 days holiday depending on your location plus bank holidays (33 in total). This goes up a day every year you’re with us. Plus, if you don’t use them, we’ve got a holiday buy back scheme. There’s also a sabbatical after 5 years’ service.

Flexible hours

We operate with core hours, which means flexible start and finish times. You can also look forward to Early Finish Fridays for team drinks. Celebrating a birthday? Have an extra day of holiday on us.

We love seeing our Enthusiasts learn and grow. We provide personal development plans to help you achieve your goals as well as a £500 training budget and mentorship programme.

Travel and hybrid working

We have a cycle to work scheme and offer a season ticket loan so you can travel in style. What’s more, we support hybrid and fully remote working, with the office available two days a week.

Our unique ‘Places for Races’ scheme means we can offer spaces to compete in the UK’s biggest fundraising events! You also get one paid day off to fundraise and Enthuse will match your donation.

Here are some of the ways we ensure everyone feels welcome and valued

Transparent pay

We’re proud to #ShowTheSalary to help stop the perpetuation of pay gaps. Hidden salaries mean applicants are reliant on salary negotiations and research shows this disproportionately affects women as well as black and minority ethnic, working class and LGBTQ+ candidates.

Educational DEI sessions

Our DEI Team regularly organises educational programmes on issues relating to diversity and inclusion. These can be hosted by an Enthusiast or by external expert guest speakers. Some of the talks so far have covered Ramadan, Black History Month, and LGBTQ+ History Month.

Enthuse has invested in world-class, third party diversity and inclusion training for all staff. We believe that building a fair, respectful and socially-conscious work environment where everyone can thrive is paramount to who we are and the charities we serve.

The interview process

Round 1: 30-45 mins

A competency based intro call with the hiring manager.

Round 2: 1 hour

This one is skills based. Expect to do a task relevant to your role.

Round 3: 30-60 mins
