What is Fundraising Week?
Fundraising Week is a joint initiative between Enthuse and London Marathon Events supporting charities and participants of the 2025 TCS London Marathon with fundraising tips, video tutorials, templates and advice from top fundraisers.

What’s the aim?
The goal is simple: to raise as much money as possible for charity in a single week while providing crucial support and motivation to fundraisers along the way.

When is it taking place?
Fundraising Week is an annual event – this year it’s taking place between Monday, 3rd and Sunday, 9th February 2025.

Who can take part?
All charities and participants associated with the 2025 TCS London Marathon with official Enthuse fundraising pages are encouraged to join in.

Why should you take part in Fundraising Week?

Boost donations
This week presents an excellent opportunity to increase donations, as it follows the holidays and January payday. 2024 TCS London Marathon fundraising week has shown a 47% boost in fundraising during this week.

Shine a spotlight on your charity
Use the high profile of this week to spread the word about your cause, show how donations make a difference, spreading the word can encourage ballot runners to sign up and fundraise helping you to grow your supporter base.

Build a strong community – celebrate and have fun
This week, reach out to your supporters and celebrate the successes of your fundraisers. Highlighting these success stories will motivate others to get involved and raise more for your cause.

The momentum created during this week’s boost will drive engagement well after the campaign. Our data shows a 67% increase in fundraising in the week following the Fundraising week campaign.

Frequently asked questions

Do charities have to register with Enthuse if they haven’t partnered with them before?

We encourage charities which haven’t partnered with Enthuse before to complete the onboarding process in order to receive funds raised for their causes, as well as benefit from branded fundraising pages and real-time data. There is no subscription charge for the platform for charities registered on the London Marathon Events pages. The Enthuse registration process is very simple and can be completed here. The Enthuse team is always happy to help with onboarding.

Is there a subscription fee for using Enthuse for London Marathon Events fundraising?

No, there is no subscription fee.

For each £10 raised by our supporters, how much will our charity receive?

Enthuse charges 1.9% + 30p per transaction to cover the cost of the card fee. There is a small additional fee for processing Gift Aid on behalf of the charity. This is 5% of the Gift Aid value only
